This acceleration was deduced from observations showing that very distant supernovas look fainter and therefore, more distant than they should by constant or decelerating cosmic expansion. The real situation is quite different, because the larger the distance from which light travels, the slower is its speed towards us, as its actual speed c must be reduced by the speed v of extension of this distance thanks to cosmic expansion.

The fact that the dynamic bipolar relation of anti-poles is the basic building block of matter, energy, space and time has not been accepted by physics so far in spite of that bipolarity manifests itself everywhere, e.g. bipolarity of electric charges and magnetic poles, action-reaction law, kinetic and potential energy, attraction ? repulsion, etc. Without an acceptance of the bipolarity principle of matter it is impossible to discover how matter is structured and constructed.

Contemporary fundamental theoretical physics has been in crisis for a long time, as it cannot provide an answer to the most important question: ?What is the basic structural unit of matter (space, time, energy) and how is the universe constructed of these elementary units?? The reason for this situation is explained below. Also shown, is the way to find answers to these basic questions.

?What is an elementary structural unit of the Universe (matter, space)?? I decided that in any case, I have to discover the answer to this and other questions. The studying of system science ? cybernetics showed me, that information is constructed of two states represented by two digits 0 and 1. So, in order to construct a composite structure, the necessary and sufficient condition is to have two different states. The search for the substance of the Universe (matter, space) forced me not only to limit my interest in cybernetics but also to pay attention to philosophy. In Hegel?s philosophy and his ?Logic?, I discovered the dialectical bipolar essence of matter. By in-deep study of this philosophy I was able to gradually find the answers to the basic questions of physics. After that, I tried to transfer my philosophical knowledge into mathematical form.

The nature of electrostatic and gravitational forces is derived by using a dialectical logic for finding the basic relations between fundamental physical characteristics of the Universe.

expansion as it is an escaping speed by which the Universe escapes from itself (escaping
speed of opposite sides of the Universe). So many mysterious speculations have been made
about the light and its speed, that it is necessary to find reasonable explanations for them.

Quantum informatics is now one of the most progressive branches of theoretical physics combining quantum mechanics with informatics. Quantum informatics concentrates its attention to the three directions: development of quantum computer, quantum cryptography and quantum teleportation. The development of these spheres needs deeper penetration into quantization of matter. Although the apparatus of quantum physics is carefully formulated and precisely verified by experiment, the great problems are with interpretation of quantum phenomena. My aim is to explain the nature of quantum reality in order to remove the interpretational problems of quantum theory and open new horizons for its future development.
