Are magnetism and gravity ultimately electrostatic? Years of evidence for charge polarization (sometimes viewed as ?spin?) inside electrons and atomic nuclei leads to the startling implication that such electrostatic dipoles in fact can account for the magnetism of current carrying wires, ferromagnets, and the gravitational and magnetic fields of the earth and all planets and stars.

This book looks at the historical development of atomic theory to date in the light of the failure of physicists over the last century to explain the transmission and generation of gravitation at any level, be it sub-atomic, atomic, macroscopic or cosmic.

This failure is the main cause of the current crisis in physics, the science on which all other sciences are based.

As physics today is part of the huge worldwide science industry, or 'scientific establishment', that recieves enormous amounts of taxpayers money from governments around the world to build, amongst other things, highly expensive space probes and particle accelerators, physicists are not generally inclined to accept that there is a problem.

But some indicators are, recent books entitled 'The End of Science' and 'The End of Physics', the fact that in the last ten years one third of all university physics departments in the UK have closed and that expert commentators have stated that there has been no significant development in the last 70 odd years towards a better understanding of the atomic structure of matter.

The assumptions that remain as the basis of modern atomic physics date back to the Greek philosophers of over 2500 years ago and the two that are the most important have consistently been shown by experiment in the last 20 years to be invalid, but physicists apparently do not want to accept this evidence.

But if this evidence is accepted as indicating a different structure for matter at atomic level, and of the interactions of atoms in gases, liquids and solids than that of currently accepted theories, it immediately leads in a new direction, which when followed immediately puts us on a path to a relatively simple explanation of the force that dominates our lives.

This solution is confirmed by the fact that it also provides clear explanations of the atomic interactions that are the cause of all the other forces of nature that we experience every moment of every day of our lives, such as convection and conduction, which were previously either inexplicable or vague in terms of current theory.

Quantum mechanics, its properties including wavefunctions, complex numbers and uncertainty, are necessary and completely reasonable and understandable, with no weirdness. Classical physics is impossible. Much uncertainty comes from Fourier analysis. Waves and particles and collapse of wavefunctions are meaningless. Their seeming appearance in analyzed. Reasons and limitations of superposition are considered. Gravitation is an example of nonlinearity. All objects interact so nonlinearity is universal. How quantum mechanics then fits in is shown. Dirac?s equation comes from Poincar? group. Physics is necessarily impossible in any space but that with dimension 3+1. Spin-statistics is a property of rotation groups.

How Gravity Works explains how Electricity and Magnetism work together to produce the force of Gravity and in so doing reveals the underlying science behind Newton's equation that he tried in vain to uncover - the reason why Gravity is proportional to the masses of two attracting objects, why it grows weaker in proportion to the square of the distance between them and the nature of the mysterious 'Gravitational constant that continues to perplex researchers to this day. It explains why all objects accelerate to Earth at 32 feet per second, every second. It explains why the atom is comprised of orbital shells and why the shells spin with electrons the way they do. It explains how permanent magnetism works, at atomic level. the nature of so-called Dark Matter, the reason why spiral galaxies are spiral shaped, why the center of the earth is boiling hot and how the Earth's magnetic field is generated.

Infinite Universe Theory presents the ultimate alternative to the Big Bang Theory and the common assumption that the universe had an origin. Author Glenn Borchardt starts with photos of the “elderly” galaxies at the observational edge of the universe. These contradict the current belief that the universe should have increasingly younger objects as we view greater distances. He restates the fundamental assumptions that must underlie the new paradigm. Notably, by assuming infinity he is able to adapt classical mechanics to “neomechanics” and its insistence that phenomena are strictly the result of matter in motion. He shows in detail how misinterpretations of relativity have aided current flights of fancy more in tune with religion than science.

Borchardt demonstrates why only Infinite Universe Theory can provide answers to questions untouched by currently regressive physics and cosmogony. His new modification of gravitation theory gets us closer to its physical cause without calling upon attraction or curved spacetime or “immaterial fields.”

This is the book for you if you have doubts about the universe exploding out of nothing and expanding in all directions at once, that the universe has more than three dimensions, or that light is a massless wave-particle that defies the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Borchardt has put forth a solid case for an Infinite Universe that extends in all directions and exists everywhere and for all time.

“What a great read! Thanks so much for a book full of great ideas. I love the Q&A format; it’s very satisfying to have good answers to clearly stated questions.” -Rick Dutkiewicz

 “Truly brilliant.” -Jesse Witwer

“A radical, daring, and innovative demolition of regressive physics, from the creation of ‘something out of nothing’ to the ‘God Particle.’” -William Westmiller

"Glenn Borchardt's book uses the hammer of Infinity to explain and destroy the junk theories that plague 'Official' physics today. This is a book that should be used in college courses, to give students a basic understanding of how physics is done. Physics has 'gone off the rails' for a century and it is books like Borchardt's that will return physics from its current unscientific and anti-materialist base and back on to a scientific and materialist road." -Mike Gimbel

“What a fascinating read!” -Juan Calsiano

Antimatter, already conjectured by A. Schuster in 1898, was actually predicted by P.A.M. Dirac in the late 19-twenties in the negative-energy solutions of the Dirac equation. Its existence was subsequently confirmed via the Wilson chamber and became an established part of theoretical physics.

Dirac soon discovered that particles with negative energy do not behave in a physically conventional manner, and he therefore developed his "hole theory". This restricted the study of antimatter to the sole level of second quantization.

As a result antimatter created a scientific imbalance, because matter was treated at all levels of study, while antimatter was treated only at the level of second quantization.

In search of a new mathematics for the resolution of this imbalance the author conceived what we know today as Santilli?s isodual mathematics, which permitted the construction of isodual classical mechanics, isodual quantization and isodual quantum mechanics.

The scope of this monograph is to show that our classical, quantum and cosmological knowledge of antimatter is at its beginning with much yet to be discovered, and that a commitment to antimatter by experimentalists will be invaluable to antimatter science.

"This booklet is a compilation exploring the history of kinetic gravitational theories in the very prolific period spanning the 18th and 19th Centuries.  Natural philosophers before, during and after Isaac Newton attempted to determine the cause of gravitation without resorting to the mystical notion of "action-at-a-distance".  Historians of science often state incorrectly that Newton's Principia (1687) leads to the idea that gravitational force can act across empty space without any medium between bodies.  Yet, Newton's rejection of action-at-a-distance was clearly stated in his letter to Richard Bentley in 1693...   Isaac Newton, to his credit, did not reject the idea of a medium, but neither did he discuss it in the Principia (first edition).

"Other philosophers did develop completely novel theories of how gravity acts by endowing a universal medium (aether) in space with certain properties.  Generally, kinetic gravity theories fall into one of two classes: those in which the aether acts as waves or those in which this medium acts as corpuscles or particles. (I would not rule out a third as-yet undefined class, however)

"The main purpose of this booklet is an exact reprint of "Kinetic Theories of Gravitation" by William B. Taylor as it first appeared in Annual Report of the Board of Regents, Smithsonian Institution, V31, pp. 205-282..." - From the Introduction

Ford's reprint includes some additional material and comments.  See http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Kinetic_Theories_of_Gravitation for full text of the original.

This book proposes a new commonsense philosophical paradigm for modern physics, which provides a distinct approach to light-speed and gravitation, using rigorous mathematical proof. There is also a discussion chapter which examines the status of so-called, 'black holes', 'dark matter' and the 'red shift'.

The wave-particle problem is resolved by the mathematical isomorphism between hydrodynamics and wave theory. Quantum particles, such as photons for light, yield waves when periodically arrayed with the de Broglie wavelength and translated. Wave equations, such as the Schroedinger equation, are satisfied. Quantum particles, moving along discrete trajectories as functions of time and initial conditions yield double pinhole interference and all other such typical wave behavior. Quantization arises when particles are forced into standing waves. The electrodynamic properties of light are due to electric dipole photons. Photons propagating with fixed time delays account for the behavior of light in absolute moving media.

Absolute space is seen to exist from the fixed stars and from the fact that the velocity of light c with respect to absolute space such that the observed velocity c* = c - v (the absolute velocity of the Earth) as shown by Roemer, Bradley, Sagnac, Conklin, Marinov, and others. The gravitational potential due to the fixed stars Φ0 = c2, is the same everywhere in absolute fixed space. Mass-energy, being gravitational energy mΦ0 = mc2, means the absolute kinetic energy is zero only when stationary in absolute space. The Michelson-Morley result is a classical Doppler effect in absolute space-time.

Gravitation with a finite velocity of action c yields gravity waves and resolves Seeliger's paradox. A cosmological constant β0 in a uniform universe accounts for the cosmological red shift with a Hubble constant H = β0/c, thereby resolving Olber's paradox. The 2.7?K cosmic background radiation is cosmologically red shifted starlight.

Cosmology is based upon an infinite, perpetual, steady-state universe, uniform in the large. A flux of high entropy waste radiated off into deep space forces local entropy reducing processes, such as the condensation of low entropy stars from high entropy gas and dust, or the generation of low entropy life from a high entropy environment. Such ordering occurs only as a local fluctuation of the order of 109 years in time and light years in space. An ordered death as super-massive bodies is avoided when two collide allowing mass to escape from their gravitational traps to again create disorder in gas and dust.

Empirical science makes the unexamined assumption that colors are lined up by wavelength the way they emerge from a prism, blue to red, with red the lowest wavelength. Careful analysis of light's luminosity, the way the eye color adapts and the way colors are produced by mixing pigments or adding colored light, however, demonstrate that light is ordered from high frequency white light to low frequency blue light with yellow, red and green frequencies descending in that order between.

The misconception that light is ordered the way it comes out of a prism is one misconception replaced in Light, the sixth volume of The Copernican Series. The misconception that white light is made up of all colors, which requires that matter absorb all colors but the color reflected, is eliminated in favor of light being a frequency which is reduced when it interacts with matter. With light a frequency, the misconception produced by Young's two-slit experiment that light is a wave is eliminated in favor of the actual dynamics of the experiment showing light to be made up of a flow of particles organized into packets by the process of combustion.

A further misconception, that light is not made up of what gives it off, and therefore does not exist between its cause and effect, is eliminated in favor of a clear explanation of the structure of light, what it is, how it is produced, how it moves, how it interacts with matter, and how it dissipates. With light something that is real, that is actually produced by matter, the misconception of polarity is removed from the current concept of the atom that makes up matter and an atom constructed that actually produces light.

With a clear picture of the structure of light and the matter that produces it, Light describes the relationship of light to heat, energy, electricity and magnetism, and the effect of light in physical reality, from mirages to morning glories, lightning to tornadoes.

What is more prevalent in our existence than gravity? Light! Empirical science, which claims to be a hair width away from finally explaining everything in the universe with the TOE (Theory of Everything) explains gravity away as a property of matter, as if this dynamic force were simply something like color or hardness. In short, its theory of gravity doesn't explain anything, so empirical science naturally claims in explains everything. Empirical science, on the other hand, has no idea what light is, so it says, well, light is simply nothing, it is like a water wave which doesn't exist unless there is a disturbance in water. Because water waves have no independent existence, the light that warms the planet and produces its life, illuminating the planet to allow the life that evolved there to navigate reality successfully, has no independent existence. Or, perhaps, empirical science has told us in the 20th Century, light might also, at times, appear as a particle, making light then the clearly understood wave/particle. This hogwash ignores electricity and magnetism, both of which are inextricably tied up with light. Of all the false thoughts adopted as laws and reality Newton foisted off on the world, the only one that was rejected was his particle. Because Newton believed that matter was made up uniformly of particles (he had to take this absurd position to prove that gravity was a property of matter), he also believed that light was a particle. Young, at the beginning of the 19th Century, demonstrated what he thought was the wave nature of light with his two-slit experiment, where light was split, then intermingled and collected on a screen. The screen disclosed black lines which Young interpreted as being identical to the absence of water waves when two waves intersect and the troughs of one cancel out the crests of the other. Unfortunately, Young's experiment, taken as proof for the wave nature of light today, was conducted before Henry's discovery of inductance, the flows that recombine electrical flows, in the1830's. If Young had known about inductance, he would have seen clearly what was happening: Light was made up of the same particles as electricity, those particles were neutralized by the inductive flows light (and electricity) form, and the dark lines that appeared on the screen were simply the result of the split light, overexpanded, being recombined by the inductive flows so that there was no light to fall on the collection screen. But empirical science is controlled by the timing of its creation of facts because once created, scientific facts become more real than real facts and crowd out reality at the expense of fantasy. Once Young established the similarity of light to electricity, any intelligent scientific observer would then have been able to understand why light not only diminishes inversely with the square of its distance, it diminishes uniformly, its structure controlled by the inductive flows it produces when it passes. And it wouldn't have been too much longer before open scientific investigation discovered that it was the recombining of the expanding light by its inductive flows that produced the force that causes objects to move back towards the source of the expanding electromagnetic emission fields produced by cooling objects such as the sun and the planets, light and gravity being the only two phenomena that measure out exactly the same in their physical operation. Light: Replacing Three Centuries of Misconceptions unifies light, electricity and magnetism with a physical explanation of how the single particle with its two properties disclosed in Atoms, Stars and Minds produces each. It also tackles the hardest job in science, putting the spectrum back in its proper order, with yellow the shortest frequency (as opposed to the misguided notion of wavelength), red, rather than blue the next shortest, and then green followed by blue, the longest, setting a universe based on red as the shortest wavelength, on its tail, reversing the Big Bangers and reversing the rotation of the galaxy so that it comes within the actual reality of the movement of the solar system.

Gerry Vassilatos writes about the remarkable lives, astounding discoveries and incredible inventions of such famous people as Nikola Tesla, Dr. Royal Rife, T. T. Brown, and T. Henry Moray. Read about the aura research of Baron Karl von Reichenbach, the wireless of Antonio Meucci, the controlled fusion devices of Philo Farnsworth, the earth battery of Nathan Stubblefield and more. What were the twisted intrigues that surrounded the often deliberate attempts to stop this technology? Vassilatos claims that we are living hundreds of years behind our intended level of technology and that we must recapture this "lost science." Rediscover the legendary names of our suppressed scientific revolution and read about the remarkable lives, astounding discoveries and incredible inventions that would have produced a world of wonder. How did the aura research of Baron Karl von Reichenbach prove the vitalistic theory and frighten the greatest minds in Germany? How did the physiophone and wireless of Antonio Meucci predate both Bell and Marconi by decades? How does the earth battery technology of Nathan Stubblefield portend an unsuspected energy revolution? How did the geoaetheric engines of Nikola Tesla threaten the establishment of a fuel-dependent America? The microscopes and virus-destroying ray machines of Dr. Royal Rife provided the solution for every world-threatening disease. Why did the FDA and AMA together condemn this great man to a federal prison? The static crashes on telephone lines enabled Dr. Henry T. Moray to discover the reality of radiant space energy. Was the mysterious "Swedish stone," the powerful mineral Dr. Moray discovered, the very first historical instance in which stellar power was recognized and secured on earth? Why did the Air Force initially fund the gravitational warp research and warp-cloaking devices of T. Townsend Brown and then reject them? When the controlled fusion devices of Philo Farnsworth achieved the "break-even" point in 1967, why was the FUSOR project abruptly canceled by ITT? What were the twisted intrigues that surrounded these deliberate convolutions of history? Each chapter is a biographic treasure.

Geometry through its fundamental transformations, the Poincare group, requires that wavefunctions belong to representations. Massless and massive representations are very different and their coupling almost impossible. Helicity-1 gives electromagnetism, helicity-2 gives gravitation; no higher helicities are possible. Basis states, thus the fundamental fields, are the potential and connection. General relativity is derived and is the unique theory of gravity, thus the only possible quantum theory of gravity. It is explained why it is. Because of transformations trajectories must be geodesics. Momenta are covariant derivatives and must commute. Covariant derivatives of the metric are zero.

Quantum theory is one of the most fascinating and successful constructs in the intellectual history of mankind. Nonetheless, the theory has very shaky philosophical foundations.

This book contains thoughtful discussions by eminent researchers of a spate of experimental techniques newly developed to test some of the stranger predictions of quantum physics. The advances considered include recent experiments in quantum optics, electron and ion interferometry, photon down conversion in nonlinear crystals, single trapped ions interacting with laser beams, atom-field coupling in micromaser cavities, quantum computation, quantum cryptography, decoherence and macroscopic quantum effects, the quantum state diffusion model, quantum gravity, the quantum mechanics of cosmology and quantum non-locality along with the continuing debate surrounding the interpretation of quantum mechanics.

Audience: The book is intended for physicists, philosophers of science, mathematicians, graduate students and those interested in the foundations of quantum theory.

"...magnetic flux loops discovered by Oersted were actually in motion along the linear conductor in the direction of the electron current giving rise to it, and moved with the electron drift velocity.  Our motional electric field generator demonstrates the correctness of the foregoing prediction..." - From the Preface

A nearly-forgotten treasure by a Professor Emeritus of Physics, New Horizons combines theory with experiment to make a convincing case for the connection between electrodynamics and gravity.
