Special Relativity is Not Needed
Many people have proved to themselves that Special Relativity is wrong. They know about the paradoxes, they know about the bad assumptions, they know about the mathematical errors. And yet it is still hard to provide absolute proof that it is wrong. After all, there are many others that are proving ...

The Speed of Light: Constant and Non-Constant
Two very interesting postulates by Calkins and Renshaw can be combined into a reasonable description of the ?observed? constancy of the speed of light from a stationary source in any particular ?medium,? while allowing this speed to vary within the same medium with a moving source. If light travels ...

The Trouble with Modern Physics and the Solution Based on Logic and Metatheory
Modern physics has many problems with infinities, dark matter, dark energy, black holes, too many adjustable parameters, and logical inconsistencies. Since modern science poses as an authority more sure than the world's major religions, it seems appropriate to evaluate the truth of modern physics fr...

An Explanation for the Cause of Force of Gravity outside General Relativity
An electric charge, in the form of a spherical shell with uniform surface charge density, has constant potential and zero electric field inside the shell. The radial field, pulling the surface charge outwards, is balanced by inward surface tension, due to curvature of the shell, to form a stable par...

A Test of Relativistic Simultaneity
This paper proposes a clear test of the relativistic assumption of the relativity of simultaneity. Special relativity assumes that two relatively moving observers instantaneously collocated will see light from a distant event at the same place and time. This assumption is embedded in Einstein’...

Does Light Travel with the Velocity of a Moving Source?
Einstein resolves the issue of whether or not light travels with the velocity of a moving source by assuming time dilates (and length contracts) in a moving inertial reference frame. Based more on belief than empirical evidence, this resolution enables the theory of special relativity to claim valid...

Relativity Is Self-Defeated(1 of 3) —In Terms of Mathematics
If c = 0 is what a physics theory leads itself to conclude for the speed of light, anyone would reject this theory without question. However, c = 0 is exactly what relativity "impeccably" leads itself to, with its own mathematical derivation. Not only this conclusion must violate a well-known fact c...

Relativity Is Self-Defeated(3 of 3) —Lorentz Factor, Aberration, and Ether
The Lorentz factor is an inseparable mathematical outcome of the so called aberration phenomenon. This article will show that the aberration phenomenon, an illusion, potentially appears in all observations in which an observer has movement in relation to the light source that he examines.

The Tron Theory: A novel concept for the Ether and Matter
The Tron Theory is proposed for unifying physical science. It presents a new fundamental particle called the tron. Trons are much smaller than electrons. Trons are simple spherical-like structures. They are composed of a variable number of smaller particles called rons. Rons have the same structure as trons. Rons are composed of even smaller particles called Ons. The average diameter of a tron depends on the number of rons it contains. Adjacent trons are premised to attract each other with an elemental force that is neutral of charge. This force is inversely proportional to the distance between tron centers. The composition and dynamic properties of the tron and ron are set forth in seven axioms forming the Tron Postulate. The Tron Theory is derived from the Tron Postulate. The Tron Theory claims: There is an ether (herein to be referred to as the tronos). It is composed of tenuous array...
