Description

Dealing with the little known history: John Wheeler picked up mainstream work on General Relativity, invented the term Black Hole, and has many of the famous physicists such as Feynman as his doctoral students. Wheeler's attempt to gain Einstein's unified field theory he called Geometrodynamics. Based on endorsed history of the subject by Wheeler, it has Boscovich as providing first unified field theory. So, despite unified field theory not being taught at University at undergraduate level, there is an elite specialist group that knows unified field theory's origins.
