Description
In my presentation last September I covered most of the principles of the Electric Universe cosmology. Since then I have found confusion about its relationship to plasma cosmology. My view is that plasma cosmology, although crucially important, is not a real cosmology since it deals only with the physics of the medium of space. ?Physics of the plasma universe? is a more accurate title. A real cosmology must be capable of providing insights into all disciplines including life itself and the human condition. It must be predictive. And to be correct there can be no exceptions. So a guiding principle of EU cosmology is convergence of all human knowledge, not mere consensus in one specialized field. This approach contrasts with the divergent tunnel vision of modern cosmologists. Clearly, specialists are essential. However, in my presentation I will sketch my personal odyssey and argue for a return to the principles of physics and natural philosophy as arbiter in the quest for a real cosmology.
