Diurnal Terrestrial Aberration of Light

Two new field-drag assumptions are postulated, on whose basis a new phenomenon - the diurnal terrestrial aberration of light - is predicted. An experiment ir prosposed and described which can test both the existence of the predicted phenomenon and the field-drag assumptions.
