There are two new publications (Copyright © November 2018) by Ken More (pseudonym) that describe a New Paradigm for Relativity Theory. (1) Special Relativity: \"As a Queuing System\". Available online as an Amazon-Kindle eBook. This eBook is Instructional Text for a Predictive Model. The Instructional Text and Predictive Model are parts of a Software Product distributed by the Envision-More Association, LLC. In Part 1 of this eBook there is information and instructions relevant to the prediction of relativistic effects of velocity on telecommunications performance metrics based upon Albert Einstein\'s 1905 version of Special Relativity (1905 SRT). Part 1 is also a \"Critical Analysis\" of 1905 SRT that describes 1905 SRT Paradoxes and violations of the Laws of Physics. Part 2 of this eBook describes a conjectural \"Straw Man\" that proposes some improvements in Special Relativity (SR) by recognizing the Queuing Characteristics of relativistic phenomena caused by the velocity limit c (light speed limit) and by changing the 1905 SRT reciprocity version to an intrinsic reciprocity version. Part 3 describes an antithesis to 20th century Relativity Theory that is also a new Thesis that connects the dots that Unify Special Relativity (SR) and General Relativity (GR) as a Unified Queuing System. The Software Product distributed with the purchase of this eBook includes a FREE Predictive Model that can be used interactively to produce more reliable predictions of the relativistics effects of velocity (v) and escape velocity (ve) on telecommunications performance metrics than predicted by 1905 SRT or 20th century General Relativity Theory (GRT).
