36 assumptions of Dr. Volk are real problems of modern relativistic physics.
But the root question of physics is a question about existence of ether.
I think that without ether the main problems of physics have not a positive decision.
The myth of relativism arised on wrong statement of the problemand wrong interpretation of Michelson - Morley experiment.
Now this problem was solved by several experiments on detecting of aether drift, measurement its density and other physical parameters.
There are experiments of Prof. Shtyrkov on stellar aberration in static system of domestic satellite and the Earth,
George Nikitin's experiments on detecting aether drift towards terrestrial center,
new experiments of Crymean astrophysics on deflection of reflected from satellite laser light (Ignatenko et al) and other interesting experiments.
