Electrical Engineer, Inventor(New Energy, Zero Point Energy)Frank Znidarsic graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1975. He is currently a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania. In the 1980\'s, he went on to obtain an A.S in Business Administration at St. Francis College. He studied physics at the University of Indiana in the 1990\'s. Frank has been employed as an engineer in the steel, mining, and utility industries. Most recently he was contracted by Alstom Power to start up power plants in North Carolina.
