Lt. Col. Thomas Eugene Bearden (US Army, retired) personally developed and published the basis for a drastic revision of electromagnetic theory and engineering, based on the work of Whittaker and Maxwell. He authored or co-authored several books and over 70 major papers published in leading science and physics journals. He developed and owned many patents on electrical devices demonstrating over-unity, and was a pioneer investigator in healing technologies incorporating bio-electric fields. His work is primarily responsible for the widespread interest and research into scalar electromagnetic phenomena througout the world over the past two decades.

Bearden holds a BS in mathematics (Northeast Louisiana University), an MS in nuclear engineering (Georgia Tech), and the army\'s rare 1181 MOS, equivalent of an MS in guided missile engineering (U.S. Army Guided Missile Staff Officer\'s Course, Fort Bliss, Texas). He is a nuclear and aerospace engineer, war games and weapons analyst, and military tactician, having worked directly with Nike Ajax, Nike Hercules, Hawk, SHORADS, and Patriot guided missile systems. He has over 40 years experience in air defense systems, technical intelligence, Soviet electromagnetic weaponry, artificial intelligence, computerized war games, and antiradiation missile countermeasures.

His accolades include: President and CEO of CTEC, Inc., a private R&D corporation researching free energy devices and mechanisms for interaction of EM fields with biological systems; President of the Association of Distinguished American Scientists (ADAS); Editor and publisher of Specula, Journal of the American Association of Metascience (AAMS); Board member of the AAMS, the U.S. Psychotronics Association, and Astron, a DC aerospace R&D corporation, noted for specialized RF antennas; senior scientist with aerospace company, Colsa Corp.; member of Mensa, the Society for the Investigation of the American Physics Teachers, the Alabama Academy of Science, the Air Force Association, the Association of the US Army, The American Nuclear Society, and the American Defense Preparedness Association.

As a scientist, engineer, researcher, author, inventor, musician, and a loving husband and father, Thomas E. Bearden is a true Renaissance Man. Dr. Andrew Michrowski studied at the faculties of Architecture and Urbanism at the Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy, where he received his Dott. Arch. degree with honours. He has served with the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs as Chief Planner, followed by senior positions with the Secretary of State of Canada as forecaster, analyst and program evaluator. From 1993 to 1995, he led a study team for the CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation) research on electromagnetic fields in Canadian housing and in 2009 on Safe building electromagnetic field design guidelines for Safe Housing Ottawa Inc. and CMHC.

He has authored such papers as, Solutions to the global environmental crisis (Address at the United Nations), The electromagnetic dimension of indoor environments (5th International conference on Indoor Air), Nuclear fuel waste management and disposal concept (Canadian Environment Assessment Agency, Texas A&M University. He was scientific advisor of a national prime-time TV special, Nikola Tesla - the forgotten genius, special adviser to the producer of the film, The secret of Nikola Tesla (with Orson Welles), scientific advisor for the award-winning (best United Kingdom documentary of the year) BBC Horizon/NOVA series production, The mysterious Mr. Tesla; and, producer of the investigative TV documentary, The question of video display terminals.

He lectures before scientific, engineering and professional societies and makes presentations on current scientific issues before concerned groups. Since 1991, he has been providing extended workshops, some of which lead to certificates, on EMF with a view of enabling participants to identify and to mitigate EMF problems in the built environment. Further work has been done for consumer reports, safe housing EMF guidelines and for UN presentations on EMF issues in Geneva.

He has received \"Scientist of the Year\" of the Association of Distinguished American Scientists in 1994, et le prix T. Galen Hieronymus Award, in 1995, from the United States Psychotronics Association, for providing quality information to the public on psychotronics and was nominated for the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) as Champion for Change in 2010. He is or has been in the board of directors of Essentia Research Associates (New York), Institute for New Energy (California), International Associated for New Science (Colorado) and the United States Psychtronics Association (Illinois).

He has been accepted as an expert witness on electromagnetic field issues by the Tribunal administratif du Qu?bec in 2011.
