Air Force officer, Inventor, Scientist, Editor of the Journal of New Energy(New Energy, Charge Clusters, Telepathy)
Hal Fox was the director of the first research laboratory at the University of Utah Research Park He claims that Pons & Fleischmann are responsible for him not becoming famous -- Because he had just retired and was going to take up tap dancing when Pons & Fleischmann announced the discovery of cold fusion. Hal is also a co-founder (with several U.S. cold fusion scientists) of Future Energy Applied Technology, Inc., a Utah corporation dedicated to the commercialization of cold fusion.
Hal Fox is a leading founder of the Fusion Information Center which publishes both Fusion Facts, a monthly technical newsletter designed to keep subscribers informed of the latest developments in cold fusion research, and Fusion Briefings, a monthly newsletter that is a businessman\'s look at current energy research and its application in the business and financial world. Hal is also the author of COLD FUSION CONCEPTS, a computer-aided instructional program teaching over 40 concepts needed to understand cold fusion.
In 1993 Fox founded both the technical Journal of New Energy and New Energy News, intended for the interested layman. He edited both journals until they were discontinued in 2001.
Harold Lavar Fox, \"Hal\", beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, was born August 24, 1923, in Vineyard, Utah, to George James Fox and Jennie Holdaway. He died August 20, 2012. He had 2 siblings, Burt Wesley Fox and Marion May Fox. Hal served as Captain in the United States Air Force, working as a meteorologist in the Philippines\', during WW2, as well as in England, Germany and Nebraska. He was a highly decorated veteran. Hal married Lucy Grant in the Salt Lake Temple, on May 16, 1942: they had 4 children, James, Nancy Jane, Kathleen, and Carolyn: Nancy Jane is the only surviving child. Lucy died after 26 years of marriage; Hal then married the lovely Joyce Benson in the Salt Lake Temple on August 20, 1968, and they enjoyed 44 years of marriage together. Joyce raised the children and they loved her. Hal was a scientist, inventor, gardener, and poet; he wrote a poem for the kids and grandkids for their birthdays and for the family every year for Christmas. Hal and Joyce were active in the East Millcreek 11th Ward and they have many friends in the area. Hal has 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday August 24 at 2:00 pm in the Salt Lake City Cemetery

Electrical Engineer, Inventor(New Energy)Toby Grotz has been effectively managing projects in the energy industry and researching alternative energy systems for 34 years. He is presently working at Burns & McDonnell in Kansas City designing an air quality control system for the Minnesota Power Boswell Station. He has recently been part of a design team working on the construction of a Nigerian power plant. His integrated management experience is directly applicable to developing and overseeing water management plans that are focused on providing efficient and reliable water supplies to worldwide end users. As an actively involved citizen, Mr. Grotz understands the critical nature of water demand and usage on a global scale and is accustomed to the perseverance required to achieve notable change in our world.
He organized and chaired the 1984 Tesla Centennial Symposium and the 1986 International Tesla Symposium and was president of the International Tesla Society, a not for profit corporation formed as a result the first symposium. As Project Manager for Project Tesla, Mr. Grotz aided in the design and construction of a recreation of the equipment Nikola Tesla used for wireless transmission of power experiments in 1899 in Colorado Springs. Mr. Grotz received his B.S.E.E. from the University of Connecticut in 1973.
In December of 1997, Grotz visited India to perform an independent set of measurements of the Tewari SPG. Using calibrated high-accuracy instruments, traceable to the National Bureau of Standards, tests were conducted that confirm Tewari\'s measurements.
Experience:
Mr. Grotz has been involved on both sides of the energy equation: exploring for oil, gas and geothermal resources using seismic and magneto-telluric methods, and working in the utility industry in coal, natural gas, and nuclear power plants. Providing design and management of raw water systems for power plants he has experience with the pumping, piping, and controls needed for large water supply systems. He also has recent experience working with research and production of probiotics and microbes for bioremediation, wastewater management, animal health, and aquaculture.

(New Energy, Time)Dr. Andrew Michrowski studied at the faculties of Architecture and Urbanism at the Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy, where he received his Dott. Arch. degree with honours. He has served with the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs as Chief Planner, followed by senior positions with the Secretary of State of Canada as forecaster, analyst and program evaluator. From 1993 to 1995, he led a study team for the CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation) research on electromagnetic fields in Canadian housing and in 2009 on Safe building electromagnetic field design guidelines for Safe Housing Ottawa Inc. and CMHC.
He has authored such papers as, Solutions to the global environmental crisis (Address at the United Nations), The electromagnetic dimension of indoor environments (5th International conference on Indoor Air), Nuclear fuel waste management and disposal concept (Canadian Environment Assessment Agency, Texas A&M University. He has edited and co-edited books published by the Planetary Association for Clean Energy such as: New energy technology, Basis of electromagnetic hygiene, Studying problems associated with video display systems, The ELF factor: selected bibliography, Emerging energy science (also developed into an electronic information database of same name), VDT sources: the ELF factor, selected references, An ELF primer, Bioresonance research and opportunity, Beyond the visible universe ? from a new space-time concept of the physical vacuum.
He was scientific advisor of a national prime-time TV special, Nikola Tesla - the forgotten genius, special adviser to the producer of the film, The secret of Nikola Tesla (with Orson Welles), scientific advisor for the award-winning (best United Kingdom documentary of the year) BBC Horizon/NOVA series production, The mysterious Mr. Tesla; and, producer of the investigative TV documentary, The question of video display terminals.
He lectures before scientific, engineering and professional societies and makes presentations on current scientific issues before concerned groups. Since 1991, he has been providing extended workshops, some of which lead to certificates, on EMF with a view of enabling participants to identify and to mitigate EMF problems in the built environment. Further work has been done for consumer reports, safe housing EMF guidelines and for UN presentations on EMF issues in Geneva.
He has received \"Scientist of the Year\" of the Association of Distinguished American Scientists in 1994, et le prix T. Galen Hieronymus Award, in 1995, from the United States Psychotronics Association, for providing quality information to the public on psychotronics and was nominated for the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) as Champion for Change in 2010. He is or has been in the board of directors of Essentia Research Associates (New York), Institute for New Energy (California), International Associated for New Science (Colorado) and the United States Psychtronics Association (Illinois).
He has been accepted as an expert witness on electromagnetic field issues by the Tribunal administratif du Qu?bec in 2011.
